FLAGSHIP EAGLERIDER STORE COMING TO BRISBANE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SYDNEY, NSW, 24/05/13 -- FineDays Ltd today issued a letter of intent to Australian investor and entrepreneur, David Reece in response to his submission of interest and subsequent negotiations. The letter grants Reece first right of refusal to establish a flagship, stand alone, EagleRider tours and rentals location in the Brisbane market area.
In a communication to FineDays, Reece expressed “‘I am very enthusiastic about joining FineDays and the EagleRider family, having a keen interest in motorcycles and having toured the USA on an EagleRider motorcycle, I strongly believe the face of motorcycle rentals and tours in Australia is about to change dramatically. For the first time there will be an internationally recognised brand with a national footprint backed by the experience and resources of the largest motorcycle rental company in the world that can genuinely offer the customer an unparalleled motorcycling experience, this is truly exciting!”
FineDays views this partnership as the first of many opportunities to support their plans to grow the rental & tours dealer network aggressively. With Reece in Brisbane and FineDays’ own flagship store in Sydney they will have a considerable presence in two major markets early on. They believe that financially strong, strategic partners with proven management teams are key to driving early profitability.
Will Keith, CEO at FineDays said, “David is exactly the kind of proven capable, passionate and driven person we need to achieve the levels of success we expect. His previous experience with EagleRider gives him the distinct advantage of truly understanding the core of what makes this business successful. I am personally delighted with our agreement and am anxious to roll up my sleeves to do everything I can to help him get his store set up and running profitably.”

AUSTRALIA'S NEWEST MOTORCYCLE RENTAL AND TOUR COMPANY BEGINS WORKING WITH ALCHEMY EQUITIES
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SYDNEY, Feb. 18 --- Will and Santina Keith, formerly co-owners of Sy's Harley Davidson in Sydney, have recently teamed up with other Harley enthusiasts to establish FineDays – a motorcycle touring and rentals company in Australia.
Motorcycle industry insiders have known for some time that there is a need for better motorcycle rentals and tours options in Australia. Once FineDays understood how underdeveloped this market really is, it became clear that joining forces with a worldwide operator like EagleRider would enable FineDays to take advantage of this huge untapped potential.
The power of FineDay’s association with EagleRider is that they are tapped into the majors like Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz and New World Travel. There’s also a network of over 3,500 travel agents worldwide.
Imagine you’re in Germany, booking a trip through one of the majors to Australia and on offer is a Harley ride down the Great Ocean Road. Pre-book the tour, along with flights and accommodation and FineDays delivers the experience. You could choose between a guided tour, a self-drive tour or a custom tour.
A well-managed motorcycle tours and rentals business is a good solid business. With the international reach, robust infrastructure and aggressive pricing that EagleRider provides - FineDays have a business that makes dreams come true. Customers experience their dream motorcycle vacation and franchise owners experience their dream of operating a successful and fun business.
So to gear up, FineDays is setting up operations in capital cities and a franchised dealer network around Australia.
FineDay’s greatest strength is its team. With decades of experience working with travel and leisure industry brands like Qantas and Harley-Davidson the FineDay’s leadership team has a track record of success working together in a cohesive group.
FineDays is now working with Dan Liszka and Kate Ingham at Alchemy Equities to bring FineDays to the market.
FineDays - the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

FINEDAYS PROVIDES OPPORTUNITY FOR AUSTRALIAN TOUR COMPANY TO EXPAND
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SYDNEY, NSW, 15/05/13 -- FineDays Ltd is in discussions with Heavy Duty Motorcycle Tours regarding the need for “late model, low mileage premium bikes” due to the “huge shortfall in the number of available rental bikes in Australia”.
In a communication to FineDays, Neale Brumby of Heavy Duty Motorcycle Tours and editor of Heavy Duty Magazine expressed that as an “accredited provider of Harley tours to America and other destinations I have always wanted to offer tours here in Australia to the American market, but there are simply no bikes available.”
FineDays Ltd will be the Australian master franchise holder for EagleRider, the largest motorcycle rental and tour company in the world. With plans to grow the Harley-Davidson rental fleet to over 200 units they are confident that the days of “no bikes available” will soon end.
Brumby said Heavy Duty “would welcome the chance to promote and utilise the rental fleet.” Will Keith, CEO at FineDays said, “I’ve worked with Heavy Duty in the past and know what a first rate team they have over there, we would be thrilled to continue that relationship while providing motorcycle riders with quality bikes for their trips. I know that together we can fill the void in this market.”
